No minimum purchase is required.Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible return requests must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must:• Be unused• Have no writing, coloring, or markings• Have no ripped or missing pages• Be returned in its original condition, aside from the damage or defect being reportedItems that have been used, written in, colored in, torn, or otherwise damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested so we can review the problem.Once your request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an approved item.We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.Wonder & Bond Learning Co. is not responsible for return packages that are lost, misdirected, or not delivered to us.
A refund cannot be issued for a returned item that we do not receive.Eligible refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please contact us before sending any item back.Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:• Books that have been written in or colored• Books with ripped or missing pages caused after delivery• Used activity packs• Used bookmarks or stickers• Items damaged after delivery• Items returned outside the 14-business-day return window• Return packages that are not received by Wonder & Bond Learning Co.
